Who are we? 

We are Fyne British, a new age clothing brand that aims to inspire. We were founded in 2019 by Jae Ayan, as a means to raise the bar of human limitation. Our service to the public comes from a place of sincerity and it’s our hope that our terms and conditions will be seen as a guide to our customers on how they can get the best out of the brand during Phase 1.

Agreeing to our terms and conditions offers our users transparency in our brand, enabling you to navigate our service in full confidence, within the parameters set by law and our code of conduct. Failure to do so before a purchase may result in complications to you order, which cannot be amended, replaced or refunded simply because we print on demand.

  • At Fyne British we make concept pieces that have never been worn or designed. Our aim is to clothe a generation that chose to be different with no limitation. But all our designs are made by one person and fulfilled on demand by respected printers across the globe. This can lead to many difficulties as a start-up. Agreeing to these terms means you understand their may be a delay in receiving your product, a colour differentiation to the website, or a very slight mis-alignment for a design.

 

 

  • Our clothes are usually stitched in black or white thread, and as such in some cases may not be as visible on the website, in such even that you are unsure, please feel free to drop us a message and we can confirm the stitching colour. Failure to do so before an order is placed will confirm you agree with the stich colour, and we will not be liable.

 

  • All material on the site is owned and licenced to FYNE BRITISH Ltd, any and all material published on it is protected by copyright, governed by law represented in treaties across the globe, with UK legislation as our hub. You agree to use our product in a way that doesn’t bring negative associations with it.

  

  • Materials on Fyne British may be posted and shared at our users discretion, but may not be modified, recoloured, renamed , cropped, or edited in any form. The rule applies to text, graphics and film. As licensee to all materials on the site unless otherwise stated FYNE BRITISH prohibits the modification of ANY product without our license approval , ALL RIGHTS ARE RESEVED.

 

  • You may link our site, to a website or forum you own as long as long as it done in a fair and legal way, one that will not damage or take advantage of the reputation we wish to build.

  

  • Third party posts pertaining to our products, prices, services or news do not fall under our responsibility, such links should be interpreted at the user discretion, with confirmation only met at our official FyneBritish.com site.
